Any and all dancers wishing to become a HDCo. memeber must attend a formal audition, unless an invitation is extended.  Formal auditions are held annually.  Audition date(s) will be announced at least two weeks in advance.

All current HDCo. members are required to re-qualify and partipate in the annual Company auditions in order to maintain their status as an HDCo. member.

A panel of judges comprised of dance instructors and/or dancers will rate the candidates in skill and performance quality.  The Director will assess the judges' audition scores to determine the appropriate Company level for each dancer.  A personal interview with potential candidates may also be conducted.
